We looked at the 100 busiest airports in Europe for 2018 (according to Wikipedia’s list of the busiest airports in Europe) and scored them on the following factors, then taking an average score out of 100 for each.

Dedicated Children’s Play Areas Nursery Family Lounge Pushchair Facilities All taken from the airport’s own websites, a full list of which can be found here , then given a normalised score out of ten. (Note: We didn’t include baby changing facilities as ‘baby facilities’ as these should be provided as standard with public toilets.)

SkyTrax Top 100 Airports 2018 Ranking Given a score out of ten based on the airport’s placing on the 2018 SkyTrax World Airport Awards, which rates airports on a number of factors including ease of access, availability of luggage trolleys, friendliness of airport staff, children's facilities, washroom facilities etc. Any airport listed as 100+ does not appear on the top 100.
