If you are not completely satisfied with any items purchased you can return them to us within 30 days of the order being delivered to you, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging.
Due to the size of our products, returns can only be collected by our nominated carrier. You will be responsible for the cost of returning products to us (unless the goods are faulty). The following charges apply for returned (non-faulty) items:
Prams & Pushchairs – £10.00
Dolls and Accessories – £5.00
Please call our Customer Service Team on 01772 395207 between 9am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for the return of your goods. Please have your order number ready to quote if calling us or ensure it is added to any email correspondence.
We will refund the price that you paid for the returned products less any delivery charges you have already paid and the applicable collection charge as outlined above. Further, we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the goods and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you may be required to pay an appropriate amount in compensation. All refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used to purchase the items. Please allow 7 days for the refund to be processed.
Please note that we are not able to accept any returns of personalised products, unless the item is faulty. Any refund out of policy will be at the discretion of the online team, and will normally be given in the form of shopping credit to the value of the current selling price.
The above does not affect your statutory rights.
You are entitled to an automatic refund, or we are happy to offer an exchange, on any faulty item within 30 days of delivery. If you find a fault with your product (during or after the initial 30 days), please contact our Customer Service Team on 01772 395207 between 9am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), or via email at email@example.com and we will assist you in line with your consumer rights. We may want to collect and have the faulty item returned to us – there will be no additional charge to you if this is the case.
If your product is missing any parts, as far as is possible, we will seek to resolve the issue by sending you the necessary replacement parts. If this is not appropriate, please call our Customer Service Team on 01772 395207 between 9am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss alternative options.
We will refund the price that you paid for the faulty products in full (including any basic delivery charges you have already paid) and will pay any applicable collection charges. All refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used to purchase the Items. Please allow 7 days for the refund to be processed.
Cancelling your contract
You have the right to cancel your contract with us and return your items within 14 calendar days from the day after the date you received your order. Please see our terms and conditions or your despatch confirmation email for further details.
